This is an informal partnership agreement between Marty Englander and Simon Bennett.

For Phase One, the only payment required is the discounted labour fee outlined in this form. Following the completion of Phase One, the arrangement will transition to a 50/50 profit-sharing partnership.

Either party may end this agreement at any time. Any outstanding fees, costs, or profit share earned up to the termination date will remain payable in accordance with the terms agreed between both parties.

Once setup phase one expenses end.

Phase 2 = Running ads ( Adspend (£30/d 100% Simon) 50/50 share after expenses paid every 30 days )

- Image and video creation

- Copywriting

- Facebook page + adaccount setup

- Tracking

- Comment communication

- Ad spend/data optimisation

Phase 3 = Relationship Building ($100/m software) -> Workload 90% Simon

- Daily emails

- Auto-responder

Phase 4 = Upsells (50/50 split) 50% workload split

- Presentations

- live workshops

- monthly community group

Can I cancel?

Do you refund what I have already paid?

Payments already made are not refundable.

Do you guarantee results or income?

There is no guarantee of revenue, sales, profit or outcome.

What if I decide this program is not right for me?

You can stop future weekly payments at any time. Payments already made remain non-refundable.
